Who we are

Spectrum Realty is a residential real-estate practice led by Priyank Sandhel. For this notice we are the “data fiduciary”: we decide why and how your details are used. You can reach us at [email protected] or on +91 97697 11556.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: your name, WhatsApp number, email if you give it, and your brief (area, budget, timeline, or details of a home you may sell).
• What you send us directly on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
• If site analytics are switched on: anonymous, cookie-free page counts. We do not identify you from them.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange viewings, valuations or calls you ask for.
• To tell you about homes that match a brief you have given us — only while you want us to.
• To keep the records a property transaction requires, if one follows.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you send a form or message us. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us; we will stop, and withdrawal does not affect anything done before it.

Who else sees it

Your brief is kept in our own lead records, stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. We are alerted to it by Telegram and by email, and when you continue on WhatsApp it passes through WhatsApp (Meta). These services handle it only to deliver it to us, under their own privacy terms. We share details with another party — a seller’s or buyer’s representative, a lawyer, a society — only when a step you have asked for needs it, and we tell you first. We never sell or rent your details.

How long we keep it

For as long as your enquiry or transaction needs it, then we delete it — usually within two years of our last contact, unless the law requires transaction records to be kept longer.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you and how it has been used.
• Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you cannot.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if we do not resolve it, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add a tool that does, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
